International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day is a reminder of the ancient practice’s power to improve health and well-being. It encourages people of all ages and backgrounds to embrace yoga and experience its transformative benefits.

  • The idea for International Yoga Day was first proposed by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to the UN General Assembly in 2014.
