• Six lecture hall of which five are having 250 capacity and one with 500 capacity. All lecture halls are provided with Audio visual aids.
• An auditorium with 2000 Sq.m.(presently damaged due to Hudhud cyclone.
• An Animal house Under the Department of Pharmacology.
• The biomedical waste management is being carried out without-sourcing.
• An intercom network is being established.
• There are good playgrounds and a gymnasium for the staff and students.
• There is a full time qualified Physical Education instructor looking after the sports activity and maintenance. The college has won many championship shields in different competition held statewide and national wide.
• There is continuous electrical supply and electricians are available round the clock.
• There are separate toilets and bathrooms for men and women. There is provision of safe drinking water round the clock.
• There are six laboratories which are being used by Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Histology, Histopathology, Clinical Pharmacology, Heamatology, Microbiology and Community Medicine
• There is a fully equipped central research lab under control of the Principal.
• There is regular training of teachers under Medical Education Unit.
• There is a Rural Health Centre at Simhachalem 18 km away under control of Principal Andhra Medical College, having separate residential arrangements for boys and girls and interns.
• Each department taking classes in common lecture theatres. Each department having three Demonstration Rooms, Research Laboratories Departmental Library and accommodation for all staff members.
• Apart from this Anatomy, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine departments having museums.
• All clinical departments have demonstration rooms in wards and OPD’s.
• The teaching Hospital has more than 1000 beds with near 100% indoor bed occupancy
• Medical Superintendent office (40 Sq.m). An Enquiry Office, Reception Area, Store rooms, Central Medical Record room, linen rooms and hospital and staff committee room.
• A central lecture theatre of gallery type with a seating capacity of 250 with audio visual aids in the hospital.
• There is provision of resident accommodation for interns, senior, junior residents and faculty.
• There are well equipped Intensive Care Units (ICU), Intensive Coronary Care Units (ICCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), SICU, IRCU and Burns Unit.
