1. Awareness & Community Engagement

  • Organize awareness programs in collaboration with local health authorities, NGOs, and Anganwadi centers.
  • Conduct health talks for women on nutrition, anemia prevention, menstrual hygiene, and cancer awareness.
  • Spread campaign awareness through banners, posters, and social media of AMC.

2. Medical & Health Camps

  • Set up special medical camps at Urban and Rural Health Centers under AMC.
  • Provide free check-ups for ENT, eye, BP, sugar, anemia, TB, and cancer screening.
  • Arrange antenatal check-ups and counseling for pregnant women.
  • Include telemedicine consultations for remote areas.

3. Screening & Preventive Care

  • Conduct sickle cell anemia screening drives in tribal areas.
  • Organize vaccination drives for women and children.
  • Facilitate nutritional assessment & counseling.

4. Distribution of Digital Cards

  • Assist in distribution of:
    • Mother & Child Protection (MCP) cards
    • Sickle Cell Cards
    • Ayushman Vaya Vandana cards
    • Enrollment under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana

5. Healthy Lifestyle Promotion

  • Conduct nutrition demonstrations using local food.
  • Promote Take Home Rations (THR) through Anganwadis.
  • Organize fitness and yoga sessions for women.

6. Student & Faculty Involvement

  • MBBS, Nursing, and Paramedical students can volunteer in camps under faculty guidance.
  • Encourage students to participate in blood donation, organ donation, and Nikshay Mitra TB program.
  • Use this as an opportunity for Community Medicine postings.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of beneficiaries enrolled and screened.
  • Share activity reports with State Health Department and NMC as proof of institutional participation.
