Yoga Classes @ AMC

                                    Department of Physiology

Andhra Medical College has started a Yoga Unit under Physiology Department.  NMC CBME Curriculam advocates nearly 20 classes in the Foundation Course of MBBS.

Yoga Unit was inaugurated by Dr. G. Butchi Raju, Principal and Dr. P. Ashok Kumar, Superintendent in the Physiology Department.  Yoga helps in personality development and improves concentration.

Yoga Cell will also be useful in conducting studies with Yoga as an intervention in medical conditions. Dr. NAVSK Ravi Kumar, Retired Professor of Medicine who was a trained Yoga Instructor has accepted to be the faculty of Yoga Cell.
